inside agile: Agile Leadership Conference 2026

About

The Agile Leadership Conference, part of the inside agile event family from dpunkt.verlag, is an online conference on leadership at every level, captured in its German motto "Führung auf allen Ebenen." Its content runs from self-leadership and flexible teams through management layers to strategy and the executive board. It is aimed at group, team and department leaders as well as experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches with a working knowledge of agile methods. The conference takes place entirely online on 1 and 2 December 2026, with the two days bookable together or separately. The first day centres on people and relationships, the second on structures and processes. Mornings feature 40-minute talks and shorter impulse sessions, while afternoons offer a choice of 90-minute deep dives. Optional online workshops are scheduled on 23 and 30 November and 3 December, and an evening session marks 25 years of the Agile Manifesto. The German-language programme, run with cooperation partners it-agile and selbstfuehren.de, helps leaders translate agile principles into concrete practice. As a remote agile leadership conference, it offers accessible, structured learning for those shaping how organisations lead and decide.
