US carrier coverage around Dogpatch and Mission Bay is strong, but venue Wi-Fi at busy developer events can be congested during keynotes. Do I need a car for DPE Summit in San Francisco?
No. The Muni T Third Street line, Caltrain at 22nd Street and rideshare cover Dogpatch well, and parking around the waterfront is limited. A car mainly makes sense if you plan trips beyond the city.
