EQTC 2026 is the annual flagship conference of the EU Quantum Flagship, the European Commission's decade-long research and innovation initiative in quantum science. EQTC takes over the Convention Centre Dublin on North Wall Quay, in the glass-and-steel Docklands stretch of the city rather than the old centre. The Jeanie Johnston tall ship. A replica famine-era emigrant vessel moored on Custom House Quay, roughly ten minutes west of the venue along the boardwalk. Guided tours below deck last about fifty minutes and explain the 1848 crossings in detail. Dress warmly; much of the visit is outdoors on the quayside.
Guinness Storehouse. The brewery experience at St James's Gate is across the city, about twenty-five minutes by Luas Red Line from Spencer Dock.
