Consensus Hong Kong brings CoinDesk's digital-assets crowd to the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre on the Wan Chai waterfront in early February. It is the mild, dry part of the year, so walking between harbourfront hotels, the convention centre and Admiralty is pleasant.
