Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 20km south-east of the International Drive corridor, roughly 25 minutes by rideshare or shuttle. Orlando Sanford (SFB) serves some low-cost carriers further north. The I-Ride Trolley runs the length of International Drive and covers most hotels and restaurants. SunRail commuter trains serve the wider region but not the resort corridor directly.

Coverage along the resort corridor is strong, though large convention halls can overwhelm shared WiFi during peak sessions. Wekiwa Springs State Park. A natural spring north-west of the city where the water holds a constant 22C, with kayaking on the Wekiva River and shaded hiking trails. It fills quickly at weekends and can close when at capacity. Arrive early. Half a day; a vehicle is required.
Do I need a car in Orlando?
For the conference itself, no. International Drive hotels are walkable to the venue and the I-Ride Trolley covers the corridor. A car becomes worthwhile for Kennedy Space Center, Winter Park or the state parks.
