TestCon Europe is a software testing and quality assurance conference organised by Data Miner in Lithuania, now in its eleventh edition. Lithuania has consistently fast mobile internet and thorough coverage across Vilnius. Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights. Housed in the former KGB headquarters, with the preserved basement prison cells forming the core of the visit. Difficult and important material covering Soviet and Nazi occupation. Centrally located on Gedimino Avenue; allow ninety minutes.

Around 15 minutes by taxi, with buses and a short rail link also connecting to the city. It is one of Europe's closest airports to a capital centre.
